MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
Jennifer D. McGuinness, President
Ms. McGuinness brings over twenty-five years of lending and aggregation, banking, asset management, due diligence, servicing, securitization, and structured finance experience to Invigorate Finance ("Invigorate").
Previously, she was Founder and Head of Aggregation & Structured Finance for Mortgage Venture Partners ("MVP") and Founder of Strategic Venture Partners ("SVP"). Ms. McGuinness was Senior Vice President of Single Asset Lending for Colony American Finance n/k/a CoreVest American Finance, wherein she created the inaugural products, built and oversaw retail and correspondent lending.
Prior to that, she was Director and Head of Asset Management and Transaction Banking for both Premium Point Investments and WinWater Home Mortgage LLC, where she was principally responsible for the creation and management of the program and they were the first hedge fund issuer of RMBS securities, backer newly originated mortgage loans. She has also been Vice President of Asset Management and Breach Administration Manager for Deutsche Bank's RMBS Business, ran various groups for GRP Financial Services Corp. (a Sallie Mae Company), and a mortgage loan acquisition, sales, and special servicing business.
Ms. McGuinness was named a 2022 Private Lending Titan by Originate Report Magazine, 2019 HousingWire Vanguard, a Winner of the 2019 Women with Vision Award by Women's Mortgage Banking Magazine, profiled as a significant Woman in Real Estate by REI Ink Magazine, and nominated for two Keystone Awards, the Diversity & Inclusion Award and the Laurie Maggiano Legacy Award in both 2019 and 2018. She was named a "Leading Lady" for the Five Star Institutes Women in Housing in 2017. Both Mortgage Venture Partners and Strategic Venture Partners were named 2020 Top 25 Fintech Innovators.
Aren G. Anderton, Executive Vice President, Asset Management Operations
Ms. Anderton brings over 20 years of due diligence, credit, securitization, and Mortgage Operations experience to Invigorate Finance ("Invigorate"). Prior to joining Invigorate, Ms. Anderton was most recently Senior Director of New Origination Services at SitusAMC where she was responsible for the development and oversight of all operations and training for their Post-Secondary Due Diligence Department.
During her Tenure at SitusAMC, Ms. Anderton had direct oversight of over 300 Securitizations across all regulatory regimes and encompassing Agency, Non Agency and Business Purpose Loans (including without limitation, TRID, Dodd Frank pre-TRID, seasoned NPL, RPL, DSCR, CDFI and all documentation types etc.) Prior to SitusAMC, Ms. Anderton focused on transaction management at Clayton Holdings. Ms. Anderton was named to Mortgage Professional America's Elite Women list in 2021 being profiled as a significant Woman in the Mortgage Industry.
Christopher L. Nager, Senior Vice President, Loan Operations
Mr. Nager brings over 20 years of mortgage operations, diligence and secondary experience to Invigorate Finance ("Invigorate"). Prior to joining Invigorate, Mr. Nager was Director at MAXEX LLC, where he spearheaded the establishment and management of the Loan Exchange operation including without limitation, lock desk, counter party training, transaction management and servicing oversight. Previously, Mr. Nager was Director, Operations for Opus Capital Mortgage Consultants ("Opus"), where he oversaw and managed client relationships that encompassed a variety of lending programs and products, (such as, Jumbo, Non QM, and other new origination lending programs). In addition, Mr. Nager oversaw quality assurance, servicing, operational reviews, and forensic underwriting teams. Mr. Nager was also Director, Operations at Lydian Data Services where he oversaw Deutsche Bank's Correspondent Lending fulfillment, while also creating and then managing the custodial shared services division.
